These grants are made possible through donations and strategic partnerships with fertility clinics.

Footsteps for Fertility Grants
Footsteps for Fertility Foundation awards grants to couples who require fertility treatments to grow their families. Grants are offered in two forms:
- In-Kind Donations – Provided by SART-recognized clinical partners, covering in-house clinic costs for a basic IVF cycle. (Please note: these grants do not cover expenses such as medications, blood work, anesthesia, donor sperm, donor eggs, or adopted embryos.)
- Monetary Grants – Typically $5,000, awarded when funding permits.
All grants are awarded through a random selection held immediately following each event. With every event registration, participants receive one complimentary ticket entered into the selection on behalf of the applicant they are supporting.
If you don’t live near an event or are unable to attend, we periodically offer a National Application, which is also awarded via random selection.
